Mansion Group Closes Casino.com and Mansion Casino
In a rather surprising turn of events, the long-standing Mansion Group has announced that they will be shutting down all B2C online casino operations by the 26th of October 2023.
The announcement came with no forewarning as affiliates received an email stating that both Casino.com and Mansion Casino would be closing permanently.
All players must be informed, and final withdrawals must be made by the 31st of December 2023. It’s expected that handling all withdrawals currently outstanding and to come will see Mansion Group processing around $10 million over the next couple of weeks.

On the 15th of October 2023, casinos affiliated with Casino.com and Mansion Casino received an email which laid out the recent announcement and what it means going forward.
The email contained the following:
“After careful consideration and evaluation of our business operations, we have made the difficult decision to close B2C operations of our gaming brands, Casino.com and MansionCasino.com.
As a consequence, we regret to inform you that we will be ceasing gaming operations on both Casino.com and MansionCasino.com on the 26th of October 2023 at 09:00 CET.
While this was a difficult decision to make, we want to ensure that we assist our valued partners to navigate this process in the smoothest way possible.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this process and wish you well for the future. Warm regards, Mansion Affiliates Team.”
Notices are now appearing on both Casino.com and Mansion Casino that confirm the announcement.
